HCEO will be hosting its first Student Training Summer Seminar in collaboration with the School of Economics at Peking University and the University of Chicago Beijing Center. The three-day intensive program is designed to equip students with the tools to formulate research questions, and proceed to investigate those questions empirically and theoretically using data. Students will hear lectures from leading faculty, participate in hands-on data analysis projects, and present and receive feedback on their findings. There is no fee to attend. The program is open to Ph.D. students studying within China.
