The Ninth CSEF-IGIER Symposium on Economics and Institutions (CISEI) was informal, with plenty of time for interaction and joint work. The symposium was organized around the following themes:

The Markets Group was responsible for the two sessions on financing human capital (Monday and Wednesday afternoons).
