In the past year, HCEO has added 36 working papers, featuring research from all six of our networks.
Our top three most downloaded papers this year were:
- Search, Matching and Training by Christopher Flinn, Ahu Gemici, and Steven Laufer
- Understanding Gender Differences in Leadership by Sule Alan, Seda Ertac, Elif Kubilay, and Gyongyi Loranth
- Grading on a Curve: When Having Good Peers Is Not Good by Caterina Calsamiglia and Annalisa Loviglio
Our working papers garnered 3,165 abstract views, and more than 2,000 paper downloads.
In 2016, HCEO also launched our Research Spotlight series, which are longform blog posts that explore our working papers in greater detail through author interviews. In our inaugual edition, we talked to Profs. Fabian Kindermann and Matthias Doepke about "Bargaining Over Babies," a study on the fertility rate. You can view all seven of the articles in the series here.
