Jennifer Boobar-Pachon joined the Human Capital and Economic Opportunity Global Working Group (HCEO) as a project assistant in 2011. Since then, she has been responsible for the launch of the original website, the website redesign, and the launch and maintenance of the working paper series. In addition to these responsibilities, she oversees the newsletter and research efforts of the working group. Prior to working with HCEO, Boobar-Pachon was a research assistant and office manager for James J. Heckman. There she managed Professor Heckman's graduate and undergraduate research assistants and assisted in grantwriting and grant administration. She currently lives in (and works remotely from) Northern Virginia. She received a B.A. in Philosophy from Swarthmore College and an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Chicago, working on the philosophy of science and philosophy of mind.
