Sarah Cattan is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Fiscal Studies, an IZA Research Fellow, and a CESifo Research Network Fellow.

Her research focuses on human capital formation, particularly during the early years and adolescence, and the role that public policy can have in shaping life chances and reducing inequalities.

She received her PhD from the University of Chicago.
