Henning Hermes is Postdoctoral Researcher and Deputy Director of the Ludwig Erhard ifo Center for Social Market Economy and Institutional Economics at the ifo Institute Munich. His research focuses on Experimental and Behavioral Economics, covering topics in Labor, Education, and Inequality. In one of his current lines of research, he wants to better understand inequality in access to early childcare and the consequences for child development, parental labor market participation, and gender equality. Henning is affiliated with the FAIR Center of Excellence at NHH Bergen, the IZA, and the CESifo Network.
