This conference aims at understanding the factors and behaviors influencing human capital formation over the life cycle and the policies and interventions that are most effective in fostering human capital investment. It also aims at studying the implications of heterogenous human capital investment on inequality and the implied evolution of inequality over the life cycle. This conference  aims at bringing together leading researchers from microeconomics, macroeconomics, and econometrics working on human capital to productively share ideas and build on each others' findings.
